Complaint submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council

The Parish Council has recently representations from several local residents about the manner in which Ribble Valley Borough Council (in its role as Local Planning Authority) has determined a planning application which affects the village. After due deliberation, the Parish Council has submitted a formal complaint to the Borough Council seeking reassurance that all correct procedures have indeed been followed.
